IntConsult was founded in 1995. Stephan Draganis is a trainer and consultant from Germany who has worked and been educated in both the United States and his home country. Having graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, he later went on to pursue his interest of Economics at a post-secondary institution in Cologne, Germany. In 1994, he was awarded a Master's Degree in International Administration from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, USA. His focus has been on intercultural communication and its influence on the workplace. He is a trained mediator and received further education in cross-cultural conflict transformation. Stephan's enthusiasm for training, intercultural subjects, mediation, relocation and readjustment issues has been evident through published papers and studies. In addition to serving as a trainer and educator for various organizations and forums, he is also an active member of several professional affiliations. The most notable of these are the Experiment in International Living, the Society for the Study for the Study of Intercultural Perspectives (SSIP), and SIETAR (Society of International Education Training and Research) and the Society for Anthropologists in Development (AGEE) where he served as their treasurer for many years.
